 As a certified Wellness Coach and a Reiki Master, Loretta takes a holistic approach to working with clients by combining proven coaching techniques and strategies with Energy Healing. You will work 1:1, using the first session to gain a firm understanding of where you are at mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally and what it is you want to achieve.

Beginning with a healing, you will uncover the subconscious restraints that are holding you back from achieving your dreams. Then a customised plan will ensure the practical skills you learn will equip you to overcome these internal obstacles as well as external challenges.

Embarking on the coaching process is a commitment. Loretta will help you recognise and use the skills that you have now to move forward and make changes in your life, you need only be motivated to put these skills to use. What can you expect?

I will guide and support you in a safe and nourishing environment, so you can grow and develop to be your best. For some, that environment may even be your own home! I offer online courses as well as one on one sessions through video chat and phone calls, if that is more comfortable or convenient. We’ll work together towards a set of clear goals and I’ll motivate you and monitor your progress; keeping you accountable to make change happen. You will be amazed at how much you can achieve with the right guidance and support.

For some clients, the initial consultation may be enough to give you what you need. For others, working through multiple sessions is more effective. My two most common programs are Living your dream life through the Chakras and Transform your Life with Crystals (available online soon!).

I have created a 7-step journey to achieving the life you want. This is the perfect program that will take you from idea formation to manifestation, combining the spiritual with proven coaching tools to give you what you need to make it happen. As a coach with years of experience, I can give you the practical coaching tools. But I am also an Energy and Intuitive Healer so I can work with you on the subconscious and spiritual to ensure we are working at a holistic level. Each of the 7 sessions is completely tailored to suit your needs and your goals so that we’re working together to create the best version of yourself. In a series of 7 sessions, we will work together to:
