Welcome to your 21 Days of self practice Reiki journal. This is a guided journey to explore the profound gift of Reiki as a self healing treatment. No matter what level we are at, practicing on ourself has immense benefits and continues to unravel and teach us so much about ourselves.

With this guide, my intention is to show you the benefits of bringing Reiki into your day-to-day as so much more than just a traditional full body practice you have learned during your Shoden (Level 1) foundational training. You’ll find a combination of traditional practices as well as some of my favourite practices that I personally use and share with my students regularly.

I have chosen 21 of my favourite practices but you’ll soon realise that you can apply Reiki to everything and anything. The more we remember Reiki throughout our day, the more we move into a space of truly connecting to our truth and living Reiki – rather than “doing” it.

We simply choose 21 days to align with the idea that it takes approximately 21 days to form a new habit or integrate a new practice into your life. But I encourage you to continue your practice long after these 21 days!

Whether you are new to Reiki or an experienced practitioner, the practices will meet you where you are at, offering an opportunity to dedicate time just for yourself and to deepen your connection with Reiki and your Self.

At the end of the guide, there are pages you can use for personal reflections after your self treatments. I’d encourage you to use this space to journal about your practice either before, during or afterwards. Then you can choose to keep your reflections and celebrate your progress or use them as part of another ritual to let go. Whatever you choose will be perfect!
