But why is it that so many of us struggle with loving ourselves? So many of us wouldn’t dare to treat our best friends or loved ones the way we treat ourselves. And yet, our relationship with our self is the most important one we will ever have.

Recently, I’ve been asked the same questions about taking the first step towards changing. “Where do I begin and how do I know what it is that I need to do?” So, as someone who has been on this journey and as a practitioner and coach, here is my guide to help you make this very important decision – to begin the journey to living your dream life.
