When I enrolled to do my Level 1 & 2 Reiki with Nourished energy, I had no idea of the transformation that lay ahead & how quickly I became aware of my blocks & how easily I could release them with the right tools. What I learnt allowed me to close one door (all that held me back) & freely & easily step into my light. Also, through being a Nourished Energy student I became part of a community of light workers, who like me are nourished, fostered & empowered by Loretta who wants to see each & everyone of us succeed. Loretta’s framework isn’t based on an ‘in & out’ training program. The training feels really personal, Loretta takes time to check-in & follow-up on progress & through her community group provides additional webinars & masterclasses to keep us evolving, realising our gifts & building confidence to step out & achieve our soul purpose. I did my Reiki Level 1 with Loretta and it was such a beautiful experience. Very welcoming space and a comfortable environment that allowed me to ask questions along the way. Loretta is very knowledgeable and shares a genuine passion for what she teaches. I am keen to do Level 2 with her also, so highly recommend Nourished Energy if you are looking into Reiki and other forms of light work.

I discovered Nourished Energy over 12months ago.Loretta is amazing!!!! I have done reiki sessions with her as well as my reiki course, currently undertaking my mastership and have also done her crystal workshops.I love everything about the space and the energy that Loretta brings.I have also had reiki sessions with Eve who is studying under Loretta and sound healings with Ash.Everyone who has been trained through Nourished Energy and Loretta is fabulous!!
