I just completed 7 weeks of light workers lab with the amazing soul that is Loretta 🙌 after the 1st week I had complete clarity on who my soul client was and by week 7 i have learned and evolved so much! I don't want our classes to end! but i am so so excited to jump in and chase my vision. I can't wait to work again with Loretta and I know that these last 7 weeks have forever changed me. Loretta is an authentic, caring and inspiring healer and teacher. She provides a nurturing and safe space that is filled with love. Her command of reiki, crystal and energy healing allows you to connect back to your true self and to the magic. Cannot recommend Loretta highly enough for all aspects of physical, emotional and spiritual healing. As a teacher she encourages and supports you and happily shares all that she knows (which is a lot!) to help you on your life's journey.

When I enrolled to do my Level 1 & 2 Reiki with Nourished energy, I had no idea of the transformation that lay ahead & how quickly I became aware of my blocks & how easily I could release them with the right tools. What I learnt allowed me to close one door (all that held me back) & freely & easily step into my light. Also, through being a Nourished Energy student I became part of a community of light workers, who like me are nourished, fostered & empowered by Loretta who wants to see each & everyone of us succeed. Loretta’s framework isn’t based on an ‘in & out’ training program. The training feels really personal, Loretta takes time to check-in & follow-up on progress & through her community group provides additional webinars & masterclasses to keep us evolving, realising our gifts & building confidence to step out & achieve our soul purpose. It has been a blessing to meet Loretta & many wonderful light workers who are part of the Nourished Energy community. 💕✨

I was drawn to Loretta for years before I finally took the leap and did my Reiki training with her. She has such a beautiful and nurturing energy, I immediately felt safe and held. I did my Reiki Level 1 with Loretta and it was such a beautiful experience. Very welcoming space and a comfortable environment that allowed me to ask questions along the way. Loretta is very knowledgeable and shares a genuine passion for what she teaches. I am keen to do Level 2 with her also, so highly recommend Nourished Energy if you are looking into Reiki and other forms of light work.

I discovered Nourished Energy over 12months ago.Loretta is amazing!!!! I have done reiki sessions with her as well as my reiki course, currently undertaking my mastership and have also done her crystal workshops.I love everything about the space and the energy that Loretta brings.I have also had reiki sessions with Eve who is studying under Loretta and sound healings with Ash.Everyone who has been trained through Nourished Energy and Loretta is fabulous!! I am so grateful I discovered Nourished Energy and Loretta a few years ago.
