Students are called to complete their Mastership training with me at a certain time in their life. Not always understanding why it’s the right time. But truth is unravelled and revealed along the way. While this program is underpinned by the traditional teachings of the Usui Reiki natural healing method, I have also combined my expertise working with the alchemy of crystals, sound healing and my extensive skills and experience as a Life and Wellness coach and Mindfulness Teacher to bring you a Reiki course like no other.
With almost 50 Reiki Mastership Graduates and teaching more than 400 students, I have seen the collective shift and the greater demand for deeper learning.
I believe that as practitioners, we cannot just work with one modality to achieve transformation. But we need to acknowledge that we are a multi-faceted and complex eco-system. We need to do the work incorporating the whole self – our mental, emotional, spiritual, sexual, physical, and social wellbeing.

The Reiki Mastership and Teacher training program, Love and Magic, is an apprentice-style of training. The Mastership consists of 20 sessions, each session is divinely guided, meeting you where you are at. The private program is flexible in terms of frequency of sessions – it’s a minimum of weekly sessions but you can spread these out as it suits you, completed over a minimum of 6 months. This may go for longer depending on the frequency of your sessions.
Love and Magic is not a program that requires a commitment to hours of work. It’s a commitment to you and your healing process.

Over 25+ hours of resources in the Reiki Master Teacher student portal with lifetime access. 20 x 90 minute group live sessions spaced over 6 months for time for integration and processing (a combination of healing, coaching, mentoring and training. The first session is intention setting/deep-dive and the additional 17 sessions will include a soul activation). Each session is recorded and available for replay.

The private Reiki Mastership can be delivered either online only, or a hybrid of sessions (online and in person) or completely in person.
The group Mastership is delivered completely online over Zoom.
The Reiki Mastership is a deeply personal and transformational journey. With Nourished Energy we offer the Mastership to be completed either in a group setting or privately.
The content and certification that you receive from both methods of delivery is exactly the same, but the experience is of course different.
The Group Mastership is unique in that it offers a journey with other like-minded students who are also going through their Reiki Mastership. These students will be on your journey and you on yours, giving you a larger support network throughout the process.
The Group Mastership offers a laser style of mentoring for the students, each week you also receive a group healing, where the transmissions and downloads are for the collective. There is also the option of doing a hybrid style of Mastership, where you can be a part of the Group Mastership and also opt to see me privately for 1:1 sessions as regularly as you decide.
The Group Program is 6 months long. We meet once a week for an hour and a half, we have 3 weeks on and a week off. Throughout the group program we have regular guest speakers for further development and training – based on the group’s needs.
The group program is supported by Stef Griffin and we have group support through a private Facebook group for Master students as well.

The Private Program is flexible in terms of frequency of sessions – it’s a minimum of weekly sessions but you can spread these out as it suits you. The content I can mentor and guide you on, is also fully personalised plus you have in between sessions support from me. I will hold you personally throughout the entire program.

Yes, of course! I have many students that have learnt with a different teacher before, and have decided to continue their Reiki journey with me. I have also learnt Reiki from several different teachers!
You may find that teachers have different styles of teaching, and it is important to find a teacher that you resonate with. You do not need to repeat any levels if you have learnt with another teacher, I honour traditional Usui Reiki certificates as prerequisites for my courses. You may want to do refresher courses with me before if you feel you need to.
