Introducing my fully self-paced online Usui Reiki Level 1 training (Shoden).
I have been learning and practicing Reiki with various international teachers since 2011 to ensure the highest standards of teaching Reiki. I also bring along my expertise as a Crystal Healer, Sound Healer, Mindfulness Teacher and Life and Wellness Coach to help you build the very best foundations for your Reiki journey.
What you’ll learn:
- understand healing, energy and energetics on a deeper level.

- learn self healing for managing stress, anxiety, managing emotional and physical pain, balance the energy body, protect your energy, connect intuitively, deepen spiritual practices.

- deep dive into the history and evolution of Reiki and understand what it is and how it works.

Once you’ve completed your course work at your own pace, the final step is to book in for your live virtual Attunement – sacred ritual to initiate you into your Reiki Level 1. Upon completion you’ll receive your certificate and access to the exclusive
student community for ongoing training, access to events, support and more.
Live AttunementÂ
Upon purchase of this course you’ll get access to self study modules. You’ll also be invited to book in a time for your Level 1 Reiki attunement with Reiki Master Teacher Stef Griffin, which is held on a live Zoom meeting for 30 mins where you’ll have an opportunity to ask any questions and debrief about your study so far. After your attunment you will also receive your certificate and be given access into the exclusive Nourished Energy student facebook community.
